Yes! We're happy to host you and your pet in the Stone Cottage — our only pet-friendly accommodation, as we allow one 'pet family' on site at a time. Pets are welcome everywhere outdoors but are not permitted indoors in any other buildings. We recommend keeping pets on leashes at all times. There is a $50/night pet fee to cover additional cleaning. We supply bowls, towels, and treats! Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet.
No, Antrim Streamside is a no-smoking property.
Yes, complimentary continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation. Our breakfast consists of locally produced yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, coffee, and tea, and is self-serve so you're not restricted to a specific time frame. Refills of any breakfast items are provided upon request.
Yes — we offer a range of Streamside Snacks and meal selections, including pasture-raised proteins and eggs from our working livestock farm, Beaver Lake Farm, charcuterie boards, ready-to-eat meals (such as beef bourguignon, potato gratin, and chili), pancake breakfast packages, cookie packages, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Specialty orders are available upon request. Our restaurant, The East Bank, is also open on select evenings — reservations encouraged.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you'd like to modify these times, please contact us — we're happy to accommodate when possible.
All reservations require a 50% credit card deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless an alternative payment is provided. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before arrival receive a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future stay.
No — there are not additional gratuity or resort fees imposed. All tipping is discretionary.
We offer a range of upscale cottages and full house rentals: The River House, The Stone Cottage, Orchard's Edge, Pond View, The Pines, and Meadow Vale. Each accommodation is independently situated with its own private entrance and modern amenities. We also offer additional lodging through our Affiliates.
Each rental includes a kitchen or kitchenette, organic cotton mattresses with luxurious sheets, modern tiled bathrooms stocked with custom amenities, heat, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, device charging stations, and phone service. Complimentary continental breakfast is also included.
Yes — guests have access to ¼ mile of private water on the Willowemoc Creek, which, combined with public water on both sides, totals approximately 1.5 miles of contiguous water to explore. Fishing on our private water is available only to on-site guests, and a New York State fishing license is required. No sign-up needed. We also provide books on Catskills fishing in all accommodations.
We don't provide gear, but we're happy to refer you to local shops and guides that rent equipment. Please contact us for recommendations.
Yes! Our property has 250 acres to explore with 5 marked hiking trails. We recommend wearing hiking boots, and all accommodations include books on hiking trails throughout the area.
We can arrange for massages and facials to be provided in your room. Antrim Streamside doesn't have a separate spa center, but our licensed therapists bring the experience directly to you. Browse our spa menu for a full list of options and pricing.

Antrim Streamside is located approximately 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge.
We're located approximately 35 minutes from the Bethel Woods grounds. The drive from Streamside to Bethel Woods is easy and avoids most concert traffic.
